Actually IMO if I were a banker it looks better the further back it is because it was before they missed their release date of November 2014. Now you can tell your bank you gave them a year to get their act together and release the game but now they're dicking around and denying refunds.

Cig can claim what they put out is enough to satisfy their terms, but it's not a final game so you'll def get your money back via chargeback. Edit Quote the tos about the 2014 deadline and then at they changed the tos when they missed the deadline. There's a very limited back and fourth when it comes to chargeback so put as much info as you can regarding them not putting out a game as you can. The fact that CIG arbitrarily provided some refunds, and then refused to provide others, should help your case with your bank. Not only was the product never delivered, but the nature of the product has significantly changed by the own admission of the provider. That's what you tell the bank.
