Guys I seriously don't see what the problem is. It's completely legit to build a brand new building in the middle of your game make. L.A. real estate is lolcheap if you can siphon 8 figs off sad fat aspie kids and war vets with PTSD. Game is gonna be out practically tmw so Chris needs to weasel his way back into Hollywood.
