If you can hi-jack a ship and steal it, you either gently caress over someone with LTI by preventing them from using their LTI ship while it remains intact OR people with LTI can just distribute ships as they please if they can recover stolen ships, etc, etc. This probably is addressed already I hope.

I mean the game would still be vaporware without Derek's involvement right? Someone somewhere along the way was going to continue to call them out and it would catch up to them at some point. The wool may have been kept over the eyes of more backers for longer but this poo poo-show would have been exposed sooner or later.
