Finished Cs4... While the game overstayed it's welcome generally I wish there was more of a personal epilogue for everyone. Does Hajimari deliver in that regard? Does it even respect your final choice regarding the ladies? I ended up going with Towa anyways, CS2 and 3 really made her much more fleshed out character and it was a bit sad she wasnt around more for this one.

I cant remember how much you need but if you save up enough it'll just completely fill their side to the top and theres nothing they can do about it.

Red Red Blue posted:I'm bad at getting the energy or like I'll use it and they'll instantly counter it 1) it's luck-based, you can do awesome, but if they get better combos somehow they will build their energy faster and you'll lose 2) never use energy to remove lines on your side unless you know you'll lose otherwise 3) focus on building combos to get to level 7 and either use it if they already have some stuff piled up and will lose with your attack or save one more level before going all in 4) focus on keeping the drop column as empty as possible at all times 5) repeat, it's luck-based and you won't get the combos fast every time. Also, some of the opponents halfway through are actually harder than later ones

It would have been really nice if they did the thing the others did and had your CS2 starting stats basically be your endgame ones. The whole thing still works since scarcely any games let you start with all the sick moves you’ve been using most of the game like Gale and Flame Impact tho, so it feels like booting up a postgame save and not like Megaman Battle Network sequels.

Shirley and that one girl: Extremely horny lesbian that doesn't respect consent there's more but I can't really remember right now. ok, I'll try to wait to poo poo up the thread until I'm done, unless something extremely stupid happens and I can't keep my mouth shut. I don't think anything can top the scene from 3 or 2, I forgot, where the teacher says to rean "I love you because you remind me of my dad" and then he leaves the train and claire says "I love you because you remind me of my brother" That and all the groping have prob been the series low for me. It did make me lol though.

I bought Ys Origins for Switch two weeks ago and can't put it down. The port is excellent - high resolution, 60fps on a Lite, new UI (kinda, they added new bonus EXP and strength counters instead of bars). Love this game so much. DotEmu used to ship minimal effort stuff but this is really good.Mirello posted:finally getting to CS4. Sounds like Switch Origins is a lot better than on Vita where it was, AFAIK, much worse than other Ys6 engine games on PSP (6 itself aside of course)
