At this stage (since I may be in a meeting in the last hour and don't want to miss having my vote on the record) I'm agreeing with EXACT's post about Podima. Podima has been throwing out aspersions without any real weight or reasoning behind them, and then voting with only a flimsy rationale against the person who it would seem that he was always really wanting to vote the whole time, without ever giving any real reason why. To me it seems like a smokescreen to try to sound reasonable but still target someone directly and with some purpose, and I'm happy for this vote to stand (unless someone else puts their hand up before deadline as an obvious scum, of course). ## vote Podima

I'd suggest we just vote on who's actually acting scummy, rather than thinking that we already have an exhaustive list of the handhelds like it's the most important thing in the game. I mean, it'll be sad for me if it's I get lynched because of that kind of reason, but I guess once I'm dead you'll get to see that my role is a GBC and that the reason for lynching wasn't based on sound footing. That being said, I'm now interested in looking more at Quid since that was a pretty big swing to come out with - it may have just been a semantic misreading of the role but I'm looking more carefully for other signs now...

Reading back through Quid's posts and for the time being I believe the story. I think that the whole thing seems real and that Quid was just misreading the details of the role and jumped to conclusions.

In the interests of getting a lynch today I'll ##vote Quidnose, but only because not voting for anybody would be worse. I'm still wavering on the side of this being an honest miscalculation but I don't think anyone'll be a better target in the remaining time.

I agree with Taste's comment about the coincidental timing of merk popping into the thread seemingly apropos of nothing more than being mentioned for not doing so; it could be that merk has been busy just reading and only posting when able to but it's a little weird, much like the couple of people jumping in to support him and declare him town immediately afterwards with no real signs either way.

Since it's looking likely I'll be voted out let's all pay attention to where the main thrust against me's been coming from for when you find out my alignment. Bif has been pretty strident but also consistent and well reasoned. Whilst it could be scum with a focused plan it seems genuine to me. Exact has been popping up as if on cue and has also been pretty gungho about pushing everyone onto me. Also gotten defended by Bif without any real grounds. Kommando has been trying to use the roles to actually work out people's motivation, although with a strong focus on Bif for some reason I can't put my finger on. Kat jumped in with some actual reasons against particular people but then voted for me out of "convenience" even after pointing out some decent leads. Otherwise it's time for more people to come out of the woodwork at the last moment for the inevitable lynching party so hopefully you learn something useful from this all.
