In a 1 pt. PPR league, is Chacandrick West worth starting over Pierre Garcon? Normally, I would start West, but Garcon vs. New Orleans is a great match-up, and West @Broncos, is less so.

 30 MPH winds with 40 MPH gusts in Oakland today.
