I'm attempting to use Opera as my browser.

If I'm on a website that asks for location permissions the following dialog prompt appears:

Dialog is partially obscured by another app...

This freezes the Opera browser and the prompt sticks around after the fact for a bit:

How do I fix? I'm on a Pixel 3a.

I guess I'd first ask if you are in fact allowing apps to draw on top of other apps and if so, I'd imagine turning that off would fix it.

Where is this option?

Searching "draw," "obscure," etc. doesn't show up with anything.
