I loved the first one, and that was the only one I played. Did the Prinny roguelike action thing on PSP ever get put on anything else. Also, what bonus content?

disgaea was weird because at the start it seemed to have a really good sense of humor, not taking itself seriously, jokes, laughs, etc. then it got increasingly serious until it was doing a really boring standard jrpg plotline with no redeeming features also there seemed to be some insane brain AIDS grinding bullshit you could do after the end of the main plot? idk. item worlds & tile flipping was cool tho

the ability to skip animations and the fact the AI turns don't make you watch each enemy movement sort of ruined a lot of other tactics games for me

Disgaea 1 at this point has the worst gameplay but the best story The story from like 3 onwards might as well not exist I spent a looooot of time on this series and D4Vita is the one that finally burnt me out on the series forever
