I've finally convinced my office to get some type of off-the-shelf, web-based job tracking system. We'll have about 10 users, and we'll mostly track graphic design and video projects. Looking for something simple - individual user accounts, task assigning, e-mail alerts, project notes, milestone/deadline/job start date entry, the sort of stuff any creative project needs. It's been a while since I've shopped around for one. Anyone have any recommendations on good ones to check out?
