Would much rather just give up on the season and draft high next summer than trade more picks/prospects for a mediocre goalie, if MAF is out longer than 2 weeks. Even if MAF returns quickly and the team improves, its absolute best-case ceiling is a miracle run to the conference finals and they will likely struggle their way to a quick first round exit.
