a top 5 FF for me. outside of XII (I'm assuming the X/X-2 ports will come to steam sooner or later because it's already on PS4) you can play every FF game on PC now

It's got some of my fave locations and characters and music in FF but the battles have long load times and are pretty slow, so if that was just slightly faster it would be nearly untouchable

Also they confirmed it has a speed-up mode and other "game boosting features" so probably the same stuff as FFVII like turning off random battles and boosting HP/MP/gil

I'm glad this exists at all though because there were stories of square basically tossing 90% of the assets of 9 to make room for Spirits Within and FFX and some people who worked on the game said a lot of the original backgrounds were just lost to time, which would be a shame since they're quite beautiful

I never got into ffix. It's weird because the snes ones are my favourites and everybody who loves ffix says that's the reason they like it so much. Anybody have any tips for enjoying this game?
