Got it. It occurs to me that launching Vipers serves both purposes, so let's do that. ##Move to Command ##Activate Command, launching 2 Mark VIIs to ECHO. ##Discard Tac-2- Launch Scout to use my static and activate Command again and move the two Mark VIIs to DELTA. Hoshi has visions of being Poe Dameron in TFA, but then has a sad when he realizes he can't fly worth a drat and everyone who worked on BSG's version of Star Wars is incinerated in nuclear fire.

I can only help a bit on the check, and as far as damaging vipers goes, we've got one sitting in echo that is probably a safe bet. I'm planning to go into space on my turn anyway, so I'm not that concerned with the board state myself.
