I have a lot of Tang, so I'm getting water + vitamin C a hot shower might be nice, I'm gonna try that after I sleep when I stood up just now I got really dizzy so maybe I should go do that sleep thing now |

sauna's great, too, but only after the worst has passed don't heat it super hot either, 80 C is just fine for relaxing |
