Well, it is probably mostly this.

once you get deep in the poo poo you realize that like, a whooole lot fetishes basically revolve around extreme sexism, and that makes stuff like vore just seem kinda goofy in comparison because it doesn't mean anything outside of the internet while the kind of people who write huge screeds about how women are cattle or whatever the gently caress are probably really gross to women IRL

I literally didn't remember which one was already a dad, also MBMBaM isn't about pushing the envelope in that kind of way, also any comedian who relies upon "edge" to be funny is not a good comedian.

I mean, spending that $100 for the shoutout is always gonna be a frivolous decision if you look at it like that. It's a donation to the podcasters you like, the shoutout is just a lil cherry on top.

The history of games is filled with shames, and we need to mock it as a people.
But can your frame handle the shame, is the real question.

the one ad with the people talking about being "hollywood 30-somethings" and having "incredibly snark-filled discussions" is the most off-putting ad of all time. like it's basically "we're douchebags, please listen to us." no thanks?
greatest generation would be 10x better if they would drop the whole "we're so embarrassed about liking star trek" thing because it just really isn't that funny and even if it was it's the same joke every time. they would also be more funny if they stopped making jokes about the captain molesting wesley, that's also not very funny but they seem to think it's great.

I don't mind any of the other ads really but I have no idea what the beef thing is about or making fun of.

I thought it was rough, but I was looking at it from a DnD stand point. The THB have too little agency in the arc. Too many times they're forced between awful and worse.
choosing between awful and worse for your character is not that bad from a DnD standpoint when often in DnD you can just die, and then be dead

my TaZ hot take is that the only part of it that was ever good was early on when they were basically just playing dnd and dicking around making fun of stuff with basically no effort towards drama. as a result my biased opinion is that I think it would be great if it was largely contained in a different thread than this one
