If I recall correctly, there are only the two cipher plates in-game. If you look where he picked up the first one however, you will notice that at some point there were 6, which makes this place pretty drat big. (43 locations if my math is correct)

The impression that I get is that we were a useful tool that has served its purpose. Though his comments at the end there seem to indicate he may be planning something morally questionable, and would rather not have us attempting to interfere.

I only ever made it to Submachine 7, so this and what comes ahead are brand new territory. You can tell things are really coming to a head though.

Also, you should check out the Daymare games. It's been years since I played any of them, but I recall them being an interesting blend of sinister and whimsical.
