I filled my time capsule just now with all the end game upgrades for the prawn and cyclops. I met really lovely time capsules in my playthrough like ones filled with food and water. I didnt want to be that guy.

Im not really sure if reapers need a buff in their hunting range since as of right now when i enter the dunes biome with my sea moths lights on, im almost 99% sure a reaper is behind me 10 seconds after entering the dunes.

Once i realised you can just use a scanner to find any resource, resource shortages became a nonissue to me.
