If I wanted to I could have brought an audiogram to the DMV when swapping my license to New Jersey so as to have a line of text on my license declaring me as Pro Tier Deaf Man, but I didn't have one on hand at that moment and was lazy. In general being deaf doesn't affect my driving much - I just can't hear some car horns, which is generally a blessing in disguise

i didnt know asl. i also didnt learn it. our td learned asl in like 8 seconds while working with the deaf, it was impressive. i had a computer with 2 keyboards that wed type into like that scene from csi.
