Yeah people swap roles in champ select occasionally, and you'll still get a few outliers like Lee Sin players naturally dropping more wards than most other junglers, but that's still better data than telling even great tops that their warding is merely mediocre because it's directly comparing them to supports. Riot automatically guesses your lane and position based on your actual in game coordinates sampled periodically (along with a bunch of other stuff), the queued position is not saved in public match history

that isn't a bug. that's the playerbase not wanting to play support to the point where the system needs to manually intervene and force people into support roles. it has zero technical standing.

LSI is good, I have had past dealings with the creator, he does things fairly well (apart from some weird decisions like using pastebin for hosting changelogs or something), and I guess it looks kinda jank because it's reimplementing the UI instead of using native UI in windows I would not touch baronreplays with a 100km stick

BR used to be a lot cleaner. Baronreplays of today is a large blob of heavily (intentionally) obfuscated code that randomly makes network calls unencrypted, and grabs random large encrypted blobs that it decrypts at runtime, and the update mechanism doesn't particularly do the whole "check that whatever you're updating is actually legitimate and not MITMed"

if the client fails to poll for leagues in time it'll just show still in placements. can often happen if lagging or you switch profiles too quickly also transfers from another region retain match history, but DONT retain ranking / league until placements re-place Impotence fucked around with this message at 05:52 on Oct 21, 2016 |
