It's the core's anti-missile system's gun.

nine-gear crow posted:Oh, so that's why there's no Ace Combats set after Electrosphere. They just went to loving Mars... They had to have a Great Destruction first. Conveniently, they had already started digging (and collapsing) giant underground cities so it works for two out of three AC continuities. E: There are also similarities in the style of the soundtracks. SIGSEGV fucked around with this message at 20:19 on Mar 6, 2016 |

I don't mind half an hour long videos but you can cut them in two parts and include tasteful ads for your favorite AC components in the middle.

That is an upgrade. I really like that "neat" look games had when devs could really expend polygons on too much greebling so long at there weren't human models involved because those really look bad without tons of polygons.

April Fool's is the worst thing. At least it isn't google's little gmail joke under the send button where the misclick rate must be zero.

That's the beauty of it, it's all about stacking paper and killing people and making sure the family business doesn't die out. I get the feeling that Klein was a bit senile or not quite all there given his last lines. (Also we should talk a bit about V and VD and why they were so disappointing.)

Except that it was already a corporate hell and that Nine-Ball was running it by the seat of its pants or even just looking at the end result and going "Well, I'll go with that.", letting Justice be fielded for example was insane. Leos Klein broke something that was already breaking apart and not fixing things anymore.

Justice is the orbital weapon that caused most of the damage in the great destruction, Murakumo got their mitts on it, repaired it and tried to use it in the Chrome path of AC1.

We all know that the next Mecha game that From will make will be Armoured Souls. You shall fight your way through an enemy degenerated by a organo-mechanical nanite / virus compound infection with a laser blade on your right arm and a modular bunker armor piece on your left. Back parts will include EO turrets and fast plasma projectiles with limited autonomous homing capability.

Of course it would but I have to say I really enjoyed 4A and 4 (I have to admit it's because it lead to 4A.) because they (1) owned and (2) were the logical gameplay continuation of Those Spoiler Things in Last Raven, now you get to be one. I just want to be a mech shaped jet-tank and fight other mech shaped jet-tanks. And super giant weapons that even Belka couldn't build.

AC advertisements. Perfect. (Also I love the kinda peppy OST while evading the exploding base or rushing against the horrible corrosive gas.)

I prefer to think that all those "test our poo poo by blowing it up" missions are basically just simulations. It's not that testing things by shooting at it doesn't work, it's just that it's better when none of your specialists get hurt.
