There really should have been a kill for daddy knox by Giving florida man a coke brick rather than the actual sugar he asked for and have knox run onto the race track

To kill one of the sisters with the gargoyle I had to wait until she was alone after the meeting with Constant, then choked her and dragged her to the gargoyle's landing spot, went upstairs and pushed it down. Accident kill.

That's how I got the coconut one in bangkok Also I still wish there was a way to subdue into a drag like you can with the fiber wire, like maybe holding the button after finishing the choke or something? Nalesh fucked around with this message at 10:38 on Dec 8, 2018 |

The Keep starting point for the Ark Society is great. You're one minute away from getting the most powerful disguise on the map. Also downstairs are rat poison, screwdriver, crowbar, propane tank, and chloroform. SelenicMartian fucked around with this message at 11:11 on Dec 8, 2018 |

You can walk everywhere, grab photos, read Constant's emails, but don't gently caress with a guard's cheeseburger. Is there a good drowning spot on Sgail? Too many places have ledges to vomit from.

So in that last level, I've always done the "Escort the constant down to the boat" thing because the dude says he's secured the helicopter but it seems a pain to clear that area out (I figured I'd have to knock him out and drag his rear end over or something). Does he just go to the helicopter if he goes into lockdown? That makes that a lot more appealing I guess. Seems like he should probably do that if the twins start turning up dead but he's never done that in any of my playthroughs. Maybe I have to be a little more overt.

I'm actually able to just exit the mission after disposing of the Washingtons. The dialogue seems a little misleading because it acts like you HAVE to escort the constant out.

I'm pretty sure the dialog says you can either escort him out or just let what's his face do it and you can just leave.

I'm pretty sure doing a suit only run is impossible to combine with a chat with constant. I'm not even sure the prompt to talk will be there because your uniform is inappropriate for the areas he's in.

Oh really? Yeah I figured I had to deal with it one way or the other because of the dialogue but couldn't figure out a clean and hassle free way to get him to the helicopter so just been using the remote to get him down to the boat every time. I guess the logic is the other guy is sitting on the helicopter waiting for the constant to get on at which point he just flies him wherever he wants. That makes sense.

There's a helicopter exit on top of the Constant's tower, but it requires a flare. I spotted a weird shape on the wires above the bar in Columbia, but it turned out to be a glitch, not a key whisked away by crows. SelenicMartian fucked around with this message at 18:45 on Dec 8, 2018 |

Just bought this game after replaying blood money the other day. Should I buy the legacy pack and play through 1 or should I just start with 2?

If you already know you like Hitmanning then I'd say start from the beginning, there's a whole lot of very good game there and having the even better 2 to look forward to afterwards is downright luxurious.

Steam should be having another sale in a couple weeks. The legacy pack might go on sale. If not, then Hitman 1 itself will be on sale and you can buy that and import it into 2.

2 is literally the second half of the story so I'd find a cheap copy of HM1 and have HM2 import it. They're both excellent and worth the initial hassle.

Is the Sapienza plane escape bugged in 2? I've shot at Caruso and even hit him, 'Target Lockdown' comes up but he hides in a tunnel instead of taking the plane and the lockdown ends. Edit: If you do the mission story where you trick him into thinking his mother's ghost is back he gets the plane. Being shot in the leg and having your guards killed in front of you isn't enough to freak him out I guess. nexus6 fucked around with this message at 20:40 on Dec 8, 2018 |

I've only got the plane escape to trigger by doing the dead mother mission story stuff. He'll usually freak out when he gets to her room and go straight for the plane.

I think you have to compromise all the safe zones before he'll flee. Leave a fresh body in his lockdown tunnel! If that still doesn't work then yeah it might be bugged. You can still get him to flee by following the mission triggers though, I did it for my run and impersonating Mama Caruso's ghost sends him straight to the plane. e: don't turn the fan on if you want him to flee without taking a nap first Ripper Swarm fucked around with this message at 20:33 on Dec 8, 2018 |

Hmm, does the vault in Whittleton Creek not open if you've done the realtor mission story? I've read that you have to open the garage door and ring the front bell 5 times but I've done this 3 times now and it's still closed.

I tried opening the vault first, then doing the realtor story to see if Cassidy would react to it, but it was closed again when we got to the basement. I think it's scripted to close and stay closed once you trigger that story yeah.

The Vermont level had some real interesting voice acting. Not sure what they were really going for there. The conversation between the cop & the mole exterminator was particularly note worthy. Overall good small level. I just busted into people's basements and found weird poo poo. Getting down some steps and seeing the area discovered "Murder Basement" was a good surprise. Edit: and oh MAN showing off the entire house as the real estate man. 47 is extremely informative.
