For those of you (us) who don’t care as much about the challenge as you do the suits (I swear I will play them blind when I finish my unlocks!) there’s a YouTube guide if you search Silent Assassin The Broker posted a week ago or so that’s very, very easy to do. I’m only not linking to make you take effort to spoil yourself.

How awful is it to get the fixer when he's in the embassy? Taking him out in the market feels a little risky, I don't really like breaching/explosive kills

Taking him out in the market feels a little risky, I don't really like breaching/explosive kills If you start from the embassy, it's a fairly simple affair to switch to a guard outfit and then lockpick the door next to Strandberg's guarded office door (just time it so that nobody's staring right at you), luring him in as he passes by it on his way back from the meeting. I think that room's always empty (I dragged him behind the desk just in case) so you can even just leave him there unconscious while heading off to retrieve the diamonds should you want to play it safe.

He wanders near there with Strandberg and you can coin him in pretty easily

Finally I unlocked all the suits! Also after the previous ET, this was suprisingly easy (I killed the identity thief the same way as the broker a few weeks ago: went to the garden, shot the outlet in the puddle, and threw a coin to lead him into it).

where the red fern gropes posted:i pushed him off the balcony at the auction after the guard out there headturned away from me Almost the exact same, although I emetic-syringed the guard and grabbed his costume through the bathroom window before doing it, then slid down the pipe afterwards. It’s like 4-5 minutes before the target gets upstairs.

I followed him around his loop to look for opportunities, then restarted (several times because of the guy walking around the back of the garden), shot the outlet and coined him into the puddle

My first SASO on an ET, though this was a pretty easy one. Started in the original location, walked down to security to erase any footage, choked out the guy who hangs out near the dumpster across from the bar to grab his IAGO invitation, then went up and hung around the auction until the target appeared. When he did I went out and emetic syringed the guard on the balcony, giving me a decent window to push the target over the edge and walk out casually.

I followed him around like a puppy in a waiter's uniform, missed the puddle opportunity and was sad. He then went to the helicopter garden, stood in a corner and just waited for me to kill him, felt kinda anti-climactic.

I always mess up SA's but this one was super easy. Started tech crew. Went around the top counter-clockwise to get screwdriver, ran down and rigged puddle, stood between the steps and the puddle so he had to walk around me and into the puddle. Didn't even have to use the coin.

The Mash posted:I always mess up SA's but this one was super easy. Yup, this is pretty much what I ended up doing since every time I shot the outlet, someone would hear/see it. Only thing you have to look out for is the camera near the screwdriver witch you can shoot fairly safely.

Did this one exactly how I did the Paris one a couple of ET's ago. 3 minutes total. Start in the garden, crouch behind the planter, shoot the power strip in the puddle, wait for him to get to the stairs and throw a coin in the puddle. Very easy SA/SO.

Yeah that was nice and easy. I actually followed him around for a bit to see what he had to say, I was a bit disappointed when he went upstairs claiming he needed to make a secure call which he never actually made. He just kind of meandered about and then went back downstairs. Though it's possible that I broke the scripting when I sat in the auction chair which triggered Dalia coming to speak to me. I recall that doing that causes her to go into her bathroom to make a secure call of her own? Maybe that got in the way? In any case, I just restarted and did basically what everybody above mentioned, it was pretty straightforward.

I messed up. Got spotted by camera without noticing and lost the SA.

I'm always super loving paranoid about messing up the fire extinguisher kills for ETs, the only one I've gotten was the senator because his AI bugged out and he just stood still in full view of a guard

I took too long and had to watch them mill around the p crowded restaurant easy as gently caress to poison the dude while he phones, she got krugermeier -> fire extinguishered while she looked out the window aaand then a guards body got found that had been lying in a safe spot for like 40 minutes

I tried to follow the hotel guide to my suite and the Dictator's guards shot me dead coming up the stairs. I was following the guide!

I walked into the hotel bar as security passed me by to take up their positions, and the moment they were in position they immediately went,"HEY!" and tried to shoot me. So I restarted the mission, gave up on following them around to listen to whatever dialogue might be there and just set up an explosion kill to kill them in the first couple minutes. Pretty straightforward at least, but not particularly exciting. I still wish they had some kind of replay value even if it removed the ability to "count" as an Elusive Target kill after the first time, just so you could gently caress around a bit more and explore options (without having to have multiple fake accounts with family sharing enabled).

Did the perfect 2-in-1 fire extinguisher kill in the restaurant by bumping the guard that was going to be standing closest to their table, nailing the timing perfectly. Then got caught by a camera as I was exciting, got spotted choking out a guard when I tried to erase the camera and ended up killing everyone in the drat hotel on my way out..

guard trespassing and attack zones are consistently screwed up in Bangkok ETs Be aware of this in later ones as well, I had a run ruined because a pair of guards giving the "you're ok to go" behavior cues immediately opened fire when I went past them. Dry run your entire route, in appropriate costumes. Discendo Vox fucked around with this message at 15:03 on May 12, 2018 |

So the Definitive Edition patch is out, and with it... contracts in Patient Zero maps! OK, so just one so far, but it's a start. Here's a nice easy one to warm up with: Ken Morgan's Repo Man (The Source): 1-16-7750934-02 TARGETS: Four, in the area out back. COMPLICATIONS: Required Exit (Tuk-Tuk). That's it. This one's very easy and you'd want to leave via Tuk-Tuk anyway given the placement of targets. NOTES: Watching out for cameras is the only tricky part here. The targets are very easy to kill stealthily in a nice steady flow. EDIT: God willing, I may yet create my masterpiece, the world's first and only mandatory (yet consistent!) out of bounds-required contract. However, certain factors yet conspire against me.
