What I did was chuck a can of spaghetti outside to get one to come out, choke him, choke the other guard in the bathroom, then kill the target. I moved all the duders into the bathroom, but didn't close the door manually, even though my wife told me to. A mansion staff walked by and spotted the bodies. I choked him out too, and that didn't count toward bodies found. I was sloppy and was spotted numerous times setting things up, so I only wound up with four stars.
