are there any songs we know for sure were recorded for AMSP but not used other than Lift and Ill Wind? we already got one, and I can't imagine they'd just put Lift out by itself. Maybe Cut A Hole?

I have some real lovely seats in Chicago but I'm finally gonna see Radiohead so I've been high as a kite all weekend

Amok is quite good but the title track has the loudest loving wood block sound ever and it make an otherwise-great song completely unlistenable

Thom said at the second Chicago show that the band would be back at some point, so I imagine we'll get another tour down the road and I don't think they'll still be touring AMSP in another 3-5 years

AMSP is one of their best probably. Amok is pretty good but the title track has some percussive sound that's mixed so outrageously loud that it completely ruins the song for me

TKOL is horribly underrated but I'm not really sure how AMSP doesn't sound like Radiohead

Listened a few times since release, liked it more every time. Really impressed by this, definitely his best solo record (though The Eraser is pretty strong too)

Weird Fishes will probably always be my favorite Radiohead song. Finally saw them live in 2018 but they didn't play it, so that stays on my bucket list.

Was pretty disappointed on first listen how much it just felt like AMSP 2 - little more rock to it but overall felt very slow. But I've already caught myself playing individual tracks and enjoying them more so I'm sure it'll grow on me with further listening.

Automata 10 Pack posted:It’s good but it feels like there’s no concept behind it. Like they were just riffing out a bunch of songs and since they had enough that fit together for over 40 minutes it was time to release an album. It's funny because this is exactly how I feel about ALFAA, while I think WoE is pretty strongly linked thematically through all the lyrics about surveillance and paranoia
