i think it was probably red alert 2. they removed the terrorist and suicide truck from the game after 9/11 and changed the box art that depicted the towers on fire. the terrorists were Cuban so I never saw the big deal but everyone was afraid of being offensive and poo poo.

red alert 2 or ghost recon? was GR even out then? def was a PC game while the tv was on in the background
