The guy with the helmet strobe looks like he has an EOD badge on his nametag, so he may actually be someone who goes to work with an assault pack and IR strobe on a regular basis. E: yup, EOD. You can see earlier in the photoset that one of them even brought that giant backpack respirator setup.
