My cat hid under my chair watching while I separated two pieces of lunch meat. The moment I got them apart her paw swiped up and stole the piece right out of my hand. It was pretty sneaky. Had to give her props.

Aircons are a curse. It's a pain every year. Craps, at our old place the wife made me put it in the basement every fall... big rear end a/c and probably should have had a better spot. But then once it got hot I'm solo lugging that poo poo up while trying not to sweat to death. I should have put it on the side porch and covered it, then I'd have only had to carry it through 2 rooms. Even the garage would have been easier with a door between it's spot and the basement stairs. I shouldn't have listened to my wife, lol.
fortunately I slept on it and today I can walk again with minimal grumbles. yesterday was the hottest day of the year so far and I thought I was going to thug it out until it got just intolerable

I bought cherries from every cherry-selling vendor at the farmer's market and now all my money is gone and my weekend is gonna be fantastic. Cherries, sourdough loaf, aged cheddar-cheese, ginger beer. Perfection.
