Recently I bought a copy of Fathers and Sons by Turgenev which is quite good I hear but it's not nearly as interesting as 'Blade Runner' by William S. Burroughs, the other book I purchased recently, which is a film treatment he wrote about a healthcare crisis in America circa 2014 (heh) and that the response to this was apparently the rise of underground medicine that has like a vaguely mystical quality to it. Did you know Burroughs believed in telepathy and poo poo? Bizarre, imo.
