so I was doing some research and is there any reason I can't bulk on chicken feed? It's super cheap, only like $1 per day. It has complete micro and macronutrients and looks easy to digest. Also I head they put steroids in it to help chickens grow ( this would give me extra gains ). So should I give it a try?

There's a "gay gym" (smack dab in the gay aea, caters to the LGBTQ* community, co-ed locker rooms which is a bit much for my American sensibilities) with pretty sweet amenities for what you pay for but the commute is a bit much for something I'd be going to 3-5 days a week.

Something inspiring about working out with a bunch of extremely vain gay dudes, like they probably know what's up and are supportive (maybe)

I heard that you gotta blend or grind flaxseed to get any nutritional benefit out of it.

Also eating them straight is kinda silly but about in line with the kind of silly things fitness minded people do like drinking raw egg yolks or swallowing protein powder straight or feeling inadequate about their height when they're 5'11

Is this normal for the early stages? Am I gonna hit the 5x5 100kg squat mark on Friday?

I put a tablespoon of coconut oil in my PWO who knows this either worked for or against me (I get a lot of conflicting info as to the benefits/downsides of coconut oil) but I will say that I felt really good and got a lot of volume done.
