um.... from overthecap, some of these make me a little skeptical. I also adjust comp picks not getting raises according to their algorithm after year 2.

That's not too awful. You'd have to assume that you're only looking at 10-12 surviving after 2-3 years. With only 1 first round pick and 2 2nd round picks, it could be manageable.

Are they all guaranteed though? I thought if you were drafted your entire contract was guaranteed. Some of that could be helped with offset language, but not all.

No clue on that, but the cap is $155M this year - in year 4 you're covering 36 players for $32M that's pretty good, right? I am clueless on how teams are filled up.
