It's flour. Have you people never seen an actual proper loaf of sourdough bread?

it's particularly floury to be honest. I'd be disappointed in myself if i ever baked a bread that looks near that thick with flour.

The first time I used a batard didn't even look that thick.

They sell something like this at a regional chain of convenience stores called Sheetz. They call them Walking Tacoz, and you can order them with a base of Doritos, Fritos, or Tostitos.

I'm a big fan of Sheetz for both the convenience and the food quality -- which is surprisingly not bad, on the "fast food" level -- but I've never been hungry enough to risk one of these.

sheetz gives you the tacoz, then the tacoz give you the sheetz

There's no way that was cooked right? It was in for like two minutes

With a professional stone oven it should never take longer than three to four minutes to cook a pizza. Even a home oven at 500 degrees can cook a pizza in 5 minutes excluding the mandatory 1 to 2 minutes under to broiler to brown the top and let the crust char.

Neither is typically cooking pizzas topped like that though :|
