Boudin blanc is boring as gently caress FYI. It's basically big versions of vienna sausage. Also, boudin just means sausage. Noir means black and blanc means white is all.

I only like kale when I make them as greens. You have to cook them for a good long while but eventually they make the best pot likker I've ever had. But for real, like a couple hours in a pressure cooker long.
