Iced coffee is pro and very easy. Just replace half of the water you use for a pour over with ice placed in the pitcher/carafe/whatever i.e: for a 24g pour over, I'd use 384g of hot water w/ a 48g bloom. To brew an iced pour over, I pour 192g of hot water into a pitcher w/ 192g of ice, bloom is the same. Using hario skerton grinder, v60, and intelligentsia beans btw. HTH

In May I got one of those $10 metal teapots you see at Indian restaurants in North America and pretty much everywhere in the UK/Ireland and it's insanely easy to clean and handle compared to my ceramic one, which has a hollow handle that I am positive must be clogged with old tea leaves. I now drink a pot of hot tea every morning without feeling like it's a big production.

thought I should post that commercial that morgan freeman did for the norwegian coffee Evergood, but it seems he has contractually secured that the commercial is only to be shown on non-digital mediums haven't read the thread at all, just checking in to say filter coffee is best coffee. french presses makes gravel with coffee taste

cool i cant wait to hear what Consumer Reports has to say about coffee. i wonder what model thing from what brand will beat out other models of thing from other brands that all have "Cold Brew" on the side of the box
