coffee. it's good. i think i'll have some right now i like pour over and the automated tap makes it pretty easy  probably a little late in the day for cold brew  not sure why you'd add kombucha though... classic espresso. thick, solid, tight.  mmm perfect

i actually got a traditional turkish coffee thing for christmas. it's fun to use and i have to put the lid of a can underneath cuz it's too small for the grille on my stove.

big scary monsters posted:what is your technique? I use this brand and basically follow the directions on the back:  one scoop ground beans, 1/2 tsp sugar, lukewarm water. Balance it on the burner plate, stir every 30 seconds or so, stop right when it begins seriously bubbling.
