Enemy creeps drop little orange orbs when they die. You'll also see black orbs on the ground. These black orbs are xp dropped by friendly creeps and are available for the enemy to pick up. You can, however, try to zone the enemy out so they can't pick up that xp.

I decided to download this tonight after not playing since hammer reaper bro came out so if anyone doesn't mind playing with a total scrub I'd like to do some matches now that finals are ending.
