Maybe 1% of the time I call my cats by their names and the other 99% it's things like sweetie pie, sweet beans, beanie baby, round baby, or specifically for my cat Buttercup, delicate whiney princess.

Just gotta learn to be a house kitty. She's been crying at night which is breaking my heart, I've gotta work out a better overnight solution for her than the xl dog kennel but she's determined to make herself a tiny ball in the hardest to reach spots if we let her loose.

How old do you estimate them to be? A quick check on the numbers from The Kitten Lady says their environment should be 85-90 degrees for neonates with a 95-97 degree body temperature. So he may be too hot.

That's pretty much how we got my Lila. Snuggly lovebug of a "feral" cat we found, no chip or owners come forth, we bring her in when the weather gets cold, she has a great time sleeping in my warm bed, now she's here for good.
