Not gonna lie, it broke my heart a little that this dog's trainer didn't praise the poo poo out of him after he did such a fine job on the course. Wanna hug that good dog.

If it makes you feel better I know which training clubs she probably belongs to (OH dog training circles are pretty small, especially agility) and they're all very positive reinforcement based. Westminster is a really big show so the owner was probably just nervous to be on tv running a bulldog for the first time in Westminster history.
