I never got this because the Verge/Virge/vIRGE(sp?) video card in my pentium 166 had some weird render error that made some textures red and only red. I don't remember those ads very well but they seem a little intense given the fact that the game seemed pretty light in tone. I guess the marketers were really good at provoking the press to give them free publicity. More power to them. gently caress the press and their silly moral panics.
