i think 4k will stay because as people replace older LCDs 4k will just be a default decision. even though its not much benefit it has some incentive to not buy the cheapest display possible. idk.


I saw a real pretty LG 4k oled...that had a logo burned into it. :negative: probably not a worry in hom use, where it will not be playing a demo loop at insane brightness but unfortunate

There are like 3 different 8K TVs out already too, the TV industry is desperately grasping for a new rush.

I can't wait to have the CBS watermark burned into the lower right and the NFL on CBS scoreboard frame burned into the upper left of my screen.
