My Ex (who was and still is a fat) got lipo on her arms (because 'its the one part I just cant lose weight from!!1' despite being hueg all over and never working out or dieting). she actually believed the doctor who told her that by removing the fat cells it means the fat will never come back ever. as an added bonus she got it all financed so when the fat definitely did come back very quickly because when you make no earnest attempt to lose weight or change your eating habits that tends to be the way it goes, of course she stopped making repayments. gently caress that stupid fat bitch. gently caress fat people. you dont need a catalyst or a wake up call, just loving eat less and move more.
