assuming u want both easy and fun. theres kirby, the gameboy kirby clone, i cant remember what its called but it was supposedly super rare, its really really good looking though. you can get a rom of it. a lot of final fantasy games are very easy, 8 and 9 come to mind. tearaway unfolded is really easy too.
