Holy poo poo Tanaka is such an adorable motherfucker I could watch him sleep for hours. EDIT: Holy poo poo that piano sing-along segment was loving hilarious. EDIT: Ohta should really just confess to Tanaka. He's clearly in love. Tanaka could take lessons on bacteria management from Bakugou.

The character we're meeting in the next episode is one of my favorites in the manga (the 5 I've seen in the translated stuff are all equally my favorite). I'm hoping she's going to be good here, too.

This feels like a CGDCT show where they have successfully replaced some of the girls with boys. Very much in the competition for best show of season.

Just watched all three episodes of this show. It is very cute and funny. Echizen and Miyano are a very cute couple. Tanaka and Ohta are a good couple too. I laughed a lot during this show and it is very cute and good and now I am going to follow it and try to watch the new episodes when they come out. Edit: But yeah I do really like that they had Miyano openly admit her affection for Echizen, have it reciprocated, and have the reaction be, "Oh, that's who she likes? Huh, okay then." Just so the anime-only people know, at this rate the anime will have overtaken the scanlated manga by episode 6 or so. We only got the chapter about Miyano being mad at Echizen last week. It has been out of order, though - the character that'll be introduced in this week's episode showed up in the manga right after Miyano's introduction. What I'm saying is that I'm really glad to get more Tanaka-kun after having watched the manga barely update for years

He and his brand are kind of an icon of "fancy/high class foreign sweets", and are largely responsible for giving macarons the image they have in Japan today (i.e., the epitome of fancy/high class foreign sweets).
