They're still nailing down what the other three characters are gonna be, but they're open to another guest. Also, you can share your created characters, so I'm looking forward to Create a Soul side events.

Yeah, a day 1 DLC character isn't a good look, but in today's loving-the-consumer-over landscape, it's small potatoes. And Okubo has stated that he regretted how Tira was announced, so I trust the boy.

I don't think MvC3 Vanilla was a flop, though. Ultimate was just Capcom realizing they hosed up and forgot to put Phoenix Wright in, so they had to fix it.
