Most of Namco's PC ports have been good (God Eater, Xenoverse/2, Assault Horizon, Berseria) with the occasional garbage (Symphonia). It will likely be fine.

IIRC that whole thing started as a crossover light novel and Sega figured that they weren't doing anything else with VO other than putting costumes in PSO2 a few years back so hey.
