Regarding common medals, Wakka is ridiculously awesome at every level but Selphie and Tidus feel really underwhelming in comparison. Is it just me or am I not really giving the other two a chance? And fun fact for the day, Defense Boost is activated by getting hit, not by just using the medal Wish I'd figured that out yesterday for blue medal exp day.

I just did the discount pull so the new medals seem a little underwhelming, I think I'll pass. Did a daily pull instead and got two blue Yuffies for a grand total of three in all. Combined them and, because I'm a genius, gave it the scrooge paralyze medal I'd been hoarding for improved damage  Fun fact, status effects activate on tap, not specials.

I'm a fool that got excited at some Org13/Epics and threw down jewels for an unremarkable 10 pull. My regret is so strong. While better medals are always nice, I'm at the point where I need to slot as many 6*s as possible over chasing new poo poo. I'm at level 213 with all cost nodes available and I can slot two 6*. If I get the two cheshire cat boards, that plus the Cid medals I have will bump me up to three 6*s. I don't want to spent jewels on avatar boards with outfits I wouldn't use (aka all the current ones) but it seems like the premium boards are the only way to raise my cost. Opinions?

That last group of mobs were the worst in that I had to count on at least one of the attack boosts proccing in order to one shot them. In hindsight I should have replaced Tidus with Rikku, I had just enough meter that it would've worked and not been as tight a win.

I've been saving a shitton of jewels for some epics, let's see what I get!    Well, I didn't get any of the ones I wanted, but I feel like I got a pretty good spread. I needed magic and speed medals the most and that's what I got, plus some Org13 medals.

Really liking the direction of the current daily challenges where it's more about Solid Snaking around and less about 30k damage in one hit bullcrap. It's basically a pity throw for us nonwhales but I am not above that.

We also can't plan for future banners like in FFRK, though you can roughly guess when a medal you might want will show up. It's worth trying but coming from the gacha system in FFRK to this one is really rough.

Oh man, I have been sitting on jewels and I have enough to do one of the 3, but I'm not sure which or even if they'd benefit me. I have iKairi and a +2 boost in each attribute, would an AoE def -1 help me out enough to dedicate the first 3 slots to two boosts and a debuff? And if the answer is "yes do it," would Axel or Xion be the better option? My power medals are easily my strongest by a big margin and I could use a powerful speed or magic medal, but as a "usable in every deck" way Axel looks stronger to me. Though I'm leaning towards Xion... I've mentally written off Roxas since he's only useful for speed medals and I want something more versatile, is that stupid of me?

Thanks for the replies, that clears up things for me. I have the jewels saved for a pity pull but I'm starting to rethink if I should even go for a debuff medal, especially since I am fairly set when it come to buffs. And I do have Owl and Megara, so I already have a lot of the alternatives. I desperately need a good reverse magic medal and I wouldn't complain about more reverse power medals, either, but even with the 5 pulls to pity deal I'll have to think about whether Axel or Xion are worth it.

Am I the only one getting fatigued by the amount of events they're throwing at us, especially with 0 ap going on? I never finished the Moana boards beyond getting the attack medals and I don't even touch the weekend raid stuff. Slow down SENA I'm too old for this.

I thought about wasting the rest of my jewels on Axel or Roxas in part because of all epics but kinda forgot about it. Once again my laziness has saved me and thank gently caress for all epics erryday. Do we know if pity pulls are still 5 or going back to 10?

We'll probably get a proper banner next Friday but no clue if it will be all epics or not, but tier 5's should start showing up I think. Who knows, they could start upping the draw rates on the older tier 4's if not flat out guaranteeing them. That's a long wait. I wish we knew banners in advance like with FFRK global, it'd be so useful. Saving up for a 10 pull takes forever and not going for the pity pull feels like a waste because of the horrible drop rates for premiums, so the inability to plan really sucks. I'm sure they get lots of whale money with their current model but it doesn't mean I have to be happy about it.

Enemies now go down a little easier but hit hard enough to make even defense boost 3 useless at high levels. Depending on where you left off you may find things harder or easier. I play on an android tablet and have been getting a constant stream of "unfortunately KHUX has borked up" messages even though it's not running, could that be why?

Have they mentioned anything about story mode being different between Unchained X and the upcoming version? I've been  about finishing the story and I want to know if I can keep putting it off or if I'll miss out on those quests (and free jewels) if I don't finish them by the update.

Personally I like the VIP medal quests. For $30 you get the listed medal guaranteed with guilt plus a re-roll, 8800 jewels, and the VIP perks for two weeks. No rng bullshit and the $$ is pretty reasonable, it's just a couple bucks above a paid avatar board and way cheaper than a paid mercy 5 pull (which you'd never be able to guilt without going hard whale).

Question, does iVivi count toward the 3 attack buff duration so that the buff lasts through iVivi plus the next 2 attacks, or does it apply to the next 3 attacks after iVivi is used? And what's a good trait for Sora & Roxas? I currently have extra attack on mine.
