Which of the F2P medals are worth dumping Cids/Chip/Dales into? I understand I'd typically want to do it to my guilted ones, but I'm also considering using Cids with a 5* DiZ (who I will probably never guilt).

Can you raise your strength tier by more than 1? Like if I use DiZ and then Pence will I get even more or does it not stack?
