I want to make a thread in TVIV about a show i love but I'm an emotional cripple who can't admit i like a tv show so instead i'll make a several thousand word OP about the show including a glossary of terms/characters and relevant maps and tell everyone i hate it and only watch because i like to spend time hate watching tv shows.

i really like documentary now, haven't seen any of the others mentioned in the OP yet I was really surprised how much i liked the Grinder and have also been watching Silicon Valley, Alone and Primal Survival and Better Call Saul which recently ended for the season. Also currently off air: Halt and Catch Fire.

Only seen the first couple episodes of Documentary Now, but I like what I've seen so far. Today I saw that Cosmos was on netflix so that's gonna be the next thing I binge through. |

The best Jon Benjamin show is Home Movies and I will 1v1 anyone who says otherwise. He was also pretty decent in his bit-part on Master of None. IDK why but archer and bob's burgers do nothing for me. I have no joy in my life apparently. |

Home Movies is great. I'm re-watching old early/mid 2000s Adult Swim cartoons like Sealab and Frisky Dingo. I never watched Frisky Dingo before but I really like it, it's an early Archer by the same people and I like it more than Archer. |

I never really got into archer, I'd suggest a Tina-centric episode if you're having difficulty with Bob's Burgers, she's a stitch. There's alot of Home Movies voice actors that cameo in Bob's burgers too, so that's neato.

Documentary Now took up most of my Sunday afternoon. even if you haven't seen the documentaries they parody you'll get the gist of it and it'll still be funny. |
