My favorite jazz song has got to be "Fly" by Sugar Ray. It's just such a welcome departure from their other works "Every morning" and "Someday" which were practically the same song |

I think the story of the song is that the speaker's mere presence causes statues to crumble wherever he goes. Cities like Florence and Rome have banned his entry as a result. He just wants to fly, so that he can bypass their checkpoints and visit these places. Kind of an x-men kind of concept, ,, it's cool |
