Not sure if this is the right thread but I started Death End Re;Quest and it's actually surprisingly good. I'd go as far to say it's Compile Heart's best game so far and I'm curious to see where the story goes.

Two points, when you get completely fed up of the combat just switch to easy and make sure you do all the side quests before the, I think fairly obvious, point of no return as getting the proper ending requires it. It's only like 80% but there's no counter, so better safe. I dont think the DLC one for a super tough boss counts.

I ended up buying a standard Japanese copy from Play Asia when they ran a free shipping thing last week. They actually are including Nep Shooter for PS5 with preorders and the soundtrack has a remix of the theme.

We're another week from Neptunia Reverse coming out in Japan. It's another remake of Rebirth 1, but with new illustrations, a fishing minigame with pieces of the PS3 Hyperdimension Neptunia script as a reward, a new "Arranged Mode" where all characters are unlocked from the start and rebalanced, and Nep Shooter as a preorder bonus. They also remixed the Nep Shooter chiptune music for new game content. I couldn't wait for Play Asia to ship my order and bought a digital copy. It's just Rebirth 1 with a coat of next gen paint like it says. Neptune now voices all tutorial images. Fishing requires actually moving the controller and you can fail triggering a boss battle. The set of new images seems to be one for each main character. There's only one blank spot left in the gallery and I still haven't visited Lowee. Neptune, Compa, IF, and Noire are all added to the disk, shop, guild, and museum screens respectively. Vert gets a CG image looking at a computer when she's looking up information after an event in the Leanbox chapter. A safe educated guess is that there's something with Blanc in the next chapter. (Unfortunately?) the arranged mode has rebalanced the game to where I can barely make a dent in the final Leanbox boss despite having like 20 characters leveling up in reserve. Also the scene with Neptune wrapped up in bandages and the other CGs with things bouncing around are still there.
