In no particular order: Dry kitten food is fine. Wet kitten food is fine. Don't feed adult cat food, go for all life stages or kitten specific. Handle them lots but give them space to chill as well, they may use a bed but will also probably decide your bed is their bed. Try to do a gradual introduction with your old lady cat so she doesn't get lovely and they don't overwhelm her with kitten energy. Two males are fine, just make sure you neuter them. I personally find dude cats more cuddly than lady cats.
