He clenched his teeh and walked out of the study
*please don't internet detective/harass anyone posted in this thread.*

This guy touts himself as a pro, but has never had any formal training of any kind. He literally got a DSLR one day and figured that a good camera makes you a good photographer. Yeah no.

His photos are any or all of the above:

-Poorly composed
-Uninteresting subject matter
-Poor lighting
-Out of focus

No photo goes unshopped. puts vignettes on almost every photo he takes. He's been straight up told that it's bad but he says he thinks it gives his photos a "dreamlike quality" and it's his "signature style".

Occasionally he manages to get one that's actually not too bad, but those are few and far between.

He wears a shirt that says "Daily Planet Press" whenever he goes out in public to take photos, so he can, in his words, "feel like I'm part of a newspaper". He is in his late 40s.

He's been ejected from several public events for Taking Photos While Creepy. When told that he should be carrying consent to photograph forms with him, he's argued saying that "it spoils the moment", even when it was made clear that he could still approach people with forms *after* he took the photo. Sorry dude but if you're a lone male in a fake press shirt spending 15 minutes snapping children on a merry go round, people gonna get suspicious.

For a good minute I thought this was just a giant weiner peeking out of a window and that alone makes him an artist, OP. It really made me think (about a weiner with arms in a window)

I haven't been on SA for years but the person who gave me my previous av as a joke felt guilty for doing so and decided to get me a non-shitty av

Impressive skill in picking the worst possible location and time, and making the worst of it

Can't lie, if this was on a museum wall I'd stare into it for a good long while.

I've had similar pictures as phone backgrounds. I sorta like it too.

🐵❌💀

I'm probably biased because I prefer my landscape photos to be natural looking, but I'm part of a local landscape photography group on Facebook which has mostly great posts from amateurs to people who are so drat good they can support their entire family on freelance work. Every now and then, though, stuff like this shows up and I just kind of cringe. Bad HDR is horrible.

I'm too awake for this to be a nightmare

For anyone who doesn't get it, this has the record for the most expensive photograph of all time.

Also HDR is garbage and I can't believe anyone ever thought that looked cool.
